Experienced Bilingual Car Sales Consultant (English/Spanish)

Leads come to you. What you do with them is the job.

Most of our customers find us online first, through our Facebook and Instagram ads and videos. When a new lead is assigned to you, you get a text, and you work it from our sales app on your phone. We need someone who answers fast, keeps following up, and turns conversations into appointments and appointments into sales.

Why we're hiring now

We spent the past year building the machine: ads that bring in leads every day, a CRM that holds every one of them, and follow-up tools our salespeople run from their phones. That part is done. Now we need the right person to sell.

About Kelley Autoplex

We're an independent dealership at 5803 San Pedro Ave. We sell buy here pay here and cash cars, with financing done in-house. Our customers speak English and Spanish, and you'll help both.

How you get paid

You pick the plan that fits you. Take a base pay plus commission, or, if you are a strong closer who would rather bet on yourself, go commission only at a higher rate. There is no cap either way, and we go through the numbers with you before you start.

This job is a good fit if you

• Have sold cars before and know the process
• Like talking and texting with customers all day
• Answer a new lead in minutes, not hours
• Follow up until the customer buys or says no
• Run your day like the business is your own
• Can hear "no" and go straight to the next one

This job is not a good fit if

• You'd rather wait on the lot for customers to walk up
• You want a paycheck that does not move with what you sell

Schedule

Full time. We're open Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM, and closed on Sundays.
